Rugo is a man, originally from Lybona. He had a secret affair with Jantos prior to his marriage to Bettua, though they still visited each other regularly.

After Jantos fell ill, Rugo found out rather quickly and endeavoured to find an antidote to the poison that's afflicting him. In this process, he stole herbs from the Druids of Eponi and he has had to flee Eponi, to Udori seeking sanctuary for his crimes
